Returns Accepted
We accept returns if the comic is returned in a saleable condition. This means the comic should be well packaged, unused and undamaged.
Return Period
Any return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it is in saleable condition, we will process a refund for the product's purchase price (excluding the original £3.25 shipping fee). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your comic arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@dekkocomics.com with photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item. We will work with you to arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
